جستجوی مولکولی ornithobacterium rhinotracheale در موارد عفونت های تنفسی ماکیان گوشتی شهرکرد

چکیده
بیماری های تنفسی به صورت مداوم زیان های اقتصادی سنگینی را در صنعت طیور در سراسر جهان ایجاد می کنند. ornithobacterium rhinotracheale به عنوان یک عامل موثر احتمالی در ایجاد کمپلکس های بیماری های تنفسی قلمداد شده است. اگرچه تایید شده است که o. rhinotracheale به ضدعفونی کننده های شیمیایی مختلف بسیار حساس است، با این حال اخیرا عفونت با o. rhinotracheale اندمیک شده است و به همان میزانی که مزارع پرورش دهنده ی طیور با سنین مختلف را می تواند آلوده کند هر مکان جداسازی و فروش دام جدید حتی در جایگاه های تمیز و ضدعفونی شده خصوصاً در مناطق با تولید متراکم طیور را می تواند آلوده نماید. با توجه به اهمیت آنچه ذکر گردید، مطالعه ی حاضر جهت ردیابی o. rhinotracheale در جوجه های گوشتی مبتلا به عفونت تنفسی در شهرکرد انجام شد. مجموعاً 93 نمونه سوآب نای از موارد عفونت تنفسی از 31 گله جوجه ی گوشتی اخذ گردید. نمونه ها روی محیط کشت آگار خوندار حاوی جنتامایسین و 5 درصد خون دفیبرینه گوسفند کشت داده و در انکوباتور با 5/7-5 درصد co2 در دمای 37 درجه سانتی گراد به مدت 48 ساعت نگه داری شدند. کلنی های مشکوک جهت جستجوی o. rhinotracheale با استفاده از آزمون واکنش زنجیره ای پلی مراز (pcr) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. میزان آلودگی گله های گوشتی مبتلا به عفونت های تنفسی به o. rhinotracheale 35/19 درصد (18 تا از 93 نمونه) بود. مطالعه ی حاضر نشان می دهد که o. rhinotrachealeمی تواند نقش قابل توجهی در زیان های اقتصادی ناشی از بیماری های تنفسی در صنعت طیور این منطقه ایفا کند.
